Description:

  • This posting is for the Healthy T-Birds Coalition Treasurer position.
  • This positions will assist UCRH staff and the coalition Student Prevention Leader and Vice President to manage the day-to-day operations of the coalition and are responsible for completing assignments related to the work plan for the funding source.
  • The treasurer will assist with managing financial aspects of the coalition, keeps track of available supplies, and provides estimates of spending related to coalition activities.
  • They will also assist with other general coalition activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Coalition leadership should be current SUU undergraduate or graduate students during the 2023-24 academic year.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, including word, excel, and PowerPoint as well as proficiency in using Google docs.
  • Possesses skills related to a specific position (i.e. experience with managing emails taking notes for secretary, financial experience for treasurer, and graphic design experience for social media coordinator).
  • Experience with planning activities and student engagement preferred.
  • Experience with prevention work previously is also very helpful but not required.
